The Panhellenic Association of Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (PASTaR) is the
professional membership association for Athletic Therapists in Greece. Athletic Therapists are graduate level autonomous healthcare practitioners, who are trained solely in Sports and Exercise Medicine, specialising in clinical examination, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal injuries and diseases. They emphasise on the design, prescription and implementation of exercise and rehabilitation programmes in both health and disease. PASTaR is dedicated to the advancement, promotion, consolidation, and regulation of the Athletic Therapy profession through its membership of the World Federation of Athletic Training and Therapy (WFATT).
