The Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) Program at the University of Texas at Arlington provides students with exceptional didactic and clinical experiences to prepare students for the Board of Certification examination and independent practice as an athletic trainer. Regionally and nationally recognized faculty and highly experienced preceptors who are invested in students’ education provide excellent instruction and mentorship. Students are provided with cutting edge educational experiences, such as our standardized patient program as well as a robust interprofessional education curriculum. Students complete six semesters of clinical experiences in a wide variety of athletic training practice settings, including three clinical immersion opportunities.
